Under the influence and control of the Demon King of Lust, Lillithmon, it was by my hand that I brought destruction upon Neon City... and have acted to harm those I love, as well as put a dangerous weapon in the hands of our enemies.
I make no excuses, however. As said, controlled or not, it being my weakness that allowed her to take that control... it was by my hand. As such, I do not expect forgiveness, nor do I ask for it. If you wish to scorn me, that is your right.
I will act accordingly from here out under whatever orders DATS deems fit to give me, and do what I must to keep protecting my loved ones. I will do whatever I must to protect this world and its inhabitants, and so long as I am allowed that freedom, I ask nothing else in return.

On March 8th, there was an incident where DATS Neon Agent Caro Ru Lushe was found in an alley.
Fortunately, there are no signs of physical trauma or injury. Nothing of that sort occurred. No, the issue...
Is that of the mind. Between setting out on her investigation, and when she was discovered, there is a gap in her memory.
As said, since there was no physical injury or harm, the doctors likewise found no traces of any kind of drugs or toxins in her system which could even potentially induce memory loss.
Considering all options, and the nature of what she was investigating - a rash of wild Digimon acting completely out of their nature and running rampant through Neon City - it is suspected there was a mental attack of some sort to damage her psyche.
Thus, what we are dealing with is far more potentially lethal than any mere criminal.
While it's left to the commanders on how to approach picking back up where Caro's investigation left off, and tracking down the culprit that caused this, I would like to make a request of Major Armstrong.
Erio Mondial was undergoing an investigation into the matter of the knight called "Vectra," who attacked him some time ago. I can promise you, and have spoken with him myself on making this request... given the circumstances and his connections to Caro, tending to her and taking steps to look into what happened to her are likely to take priority over his previous investigation.
As such, I would like permission to take over for Erio in the Vectra case. I know how Erio works, so picking up where he left off should leave the smoothest transition in that matter.

I am making this report to all known friendly Tamers, on behalf of Erio Mondial, one of the DATS agents involved in an incident a couple weeks back. Due to several unfortunate incidents, including the major attack in Tetha, and the abduction of some of our own, this announcement to the public at large was somewhat impeded.
On the 19th of February, Agent Mondial was attacked by an unknown assailant going only by the name of "Vectra," with a Duskmon. Their arrival caused an explosion to erupt from a nearby antiques shop. Unfortunately, there were no survivors in the store.
This attacker was dressed in heavy armor, like that of a knight. Gender is unconfirmed; the voice was masked by some sort of technique we can only presume is magical, or demonic, in nature. For the sake of convenience, we will refer to Vectra as "him."
Agent Mondial was soon assisted by Agent Kanbara Takuya and Flamon, and then soon by Commander Armstrong himself. Upon their arrival, it was revealed that Vectra is also capable of giving his partner Perfect evolution, into the form of Argomon.
Though Vectra and Argomon were fended off, in the end, there was a key thing discovered from all this; Vectra bears the Demon Seal of Lust.
In most documented cases in the past, Lillithmon has never had those acting under her seal behave in this manner. The only one comparable, thus far, in fact, would be the Reploid known as Vile. But that is with Daemon.
So this is, as you can imagine, troubling.
And like the Demon Kings themselves, there was seemingly no trace of their transportation, or of ANYTHING... besides the destruction left behind. Pending further investigation, the immediate area around the battle zone - even if it has been some weeks since - has been closed off on account of a Demon King being involved in some capacity.
This is merely a warning to all to be on the look out for someone who fits this description. If the Demon Kings are truly making moves such as this, it could put all of us at a higher risk than we already are.

For any unaware, my name is Signum, and I would like to request enlistment in your organization.
For my qualifications, I am a member of the Time Space Administration Bureau, and along with Vita, I am one of the Guardian Knights of the Tome of the Night Sky, known as the Wolkenritter. For some time, I also served as Enforcer Fate Testarossa Harlaown's second in command when she was in command of the TSAB Section Six's Lightning squadron.
Particularly, I am looking towards working alongside the Neon City Division. Two of my former subordinates, Caro Ru Lushe and Erio Maondial, are enlisted in that sector. Although, I will admit there are some investigations I wish to undertake that would likely take me outside the city, I think the Neon Division would suit me best, for the time being.

Of course, Testarossa, Vita, Teana, and Nanoha already know this. So this is primarily towards Miles Prower, Dr. Foreman, Daimon Masaru, Dr. Kutner, and the partner Digimon for everyone I have yet to know.
...as it stands, my injuries have long since healed. Kotmeon, unfortunately, isn't quite back to one hundred percent just yet.
