On March 8th, there was an incident where DATS Neon Agent Caro Ru Lushe was found in an alley.
Fortunately, there are no signs of physical trauma or injury. Nothing of that sort occurred. No, the issue...
Is that of the mind. Between setting out on her investigation, and when she was discovered, there is a gap in her memory.
As said, since there was no physical injury or harm, the doctors likewise found no traces of any kind of drugs or toxins in her system which could even potentially induce memory loss.
Considering all options, and the nature of what she was investigating - a rash of wild Digimon acting completely out of their nature and running rampant through Neon City - it is suspected there was a mental attack of some sort to damage her psyche.
Thus, what we are dealing with is far more potentially lethal than any mere criminal.
While it's left to the commanders on how to approach picking back up where Caro's investigation left off, and tracking down the culprit that caused this, I would like to make a request of Major Armstrong.
Erio Mondial was undergoing an investigation into the matter of the knight called "Vectra," who attacked him some time ago. I can promise you, and have spoken with him myself on making this request... given the circumstances and his connections to Caro, tending to her and taking steps to look into what happened to her are likely to take priority over his previous investigation.
As such, I would like permission to take over for Erio in the Vectra case. I know how Erio works, so picking up where he left off should leave the smoothest transition in that matter.
